Unable to edit blocks in Dawn theme

Hi there,

I’m using the Dawn theme to build a basic site during the early development stage. It’s been working just fine, but I hit a point and all of the blocks ghosted to grey and I could no longer edit or move any of them.

Does anyone know why this happened? Or how to fix it?
