My store is paid plan already but still unable to edit confirmation SMS template.
I saw some similar questions and they needed to verify the account by email.
I’d appreciate it if anyone could help to send email to verify to enable to edit SMS template.

With this type of issue, the best bet is to get in touch with the Support team directly to ask them to send you a verification email to you.
You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar, and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.
