Unable to purchase shipping labels for UK store

I keep getting this error message when trying to create shipping labels for my orders.

U.K. store - I have everything set up correctly based on every tutorial I have watched but cant see anything related to this specific error message. I have shipping couriers activated, my size and weight dimensions are added correctly and fall within the carriers limits. All addresses are accurate.

Anyone been able to figure out how to successfully fix this message?

That error message in the screenshot is the whole error message I receive, there a no error codes and I havent been able to create any shipping labels at all.

  1. shipping carriers = Evri, Yodel, DPD

  2. I use 3 custom shipping rates - standard (4-4 days), express (2-3) and free standard (over £100)

  3. no third party apps or intregrations
