I’ve tried to set up for both US and Canada.
either country can accept free ship not both.
-I’ve added products to both countries, but either country shows 0 product with free shipping.
Just wondering is there a way to set it up?

Hello @Magicalex21 ,Yes there is a way. You need to setup the free shipping in your store settings.
Simply open your store admin panel and go to settings > shipping and there set the rate for these two countries as 0 and name the price as Free shipping. Then it’ll show free shipping for these countries.

It sounds like you are having trouble setting up free shipping for your products in both the US and Canada.
Have you had a look at your shipping settings to make sure that you have set up the correct zones and rates for both the US and Canada? You can do this in your Shopify admin by navigating to Settings > Shipping and delivery. From there, you will need to click Manage next to the shipping profile where your products are located (General profile by default).
You will need to add the relevant shipping zones and shipping rates for each country that you ship to. The shipping section of our YouTube tutorial video here explains the steps required for setting up shipping on your store, so I would highly recommend checking that out.
Something else worth checking is the Shopify Markets setup on your store. By default, international markets are not enabled, so make sure to check that the markets for both the US and Canada are both enabled and showing as active.
