Free shipping in the US From Canada

HI,

I’m from CAnada.

I only sell in the US.

Every time I try to set up free shipping , the system thinks I ship from CAnada which incurs expensive shipping.

-The warehouse is from the US or China.

-I can arrange the shipping to the US for free but I don’t know how to do it?
