Hello all,
I have been reaching out to Shopify team for weeks concerning this. We received an email from Shopify Recovery Japan with an outstanding balance to pay or else our store would be shut down. As far as we know we have paid all necessary fees to Shopify, and they have deducted percentage from every one of our sales. The email does not show any invoice or what we are paying for exactly and whats really sketchy is it will allow us to pay half the amount first. Again we have tried reaching shopify support been issued a ticket number with no response to our question to what it is we are paying. |
Thanks in advance everyone in this community who can help me solve this out, do not want our store to shut down.
