Hello,
What is the most effective and accurate way to upload products to Merchant center, is it through the google app in Shopify store,
If not, what other apps are best for this task(don’t promote your app please, I need unbiased suggestions),
When using other apps to upload feed, do I activate google app at all in my Shopify store or completely forget about it and not even set up my email with it?

The free Google shopping app from Shopify is ok if you have no specific requirements for editing product details or adding any extra attributes.
The app is barebone, in my opinion, its ok, but you will quickly hit roadblocks. Such as not being able to add shipping labels, not being able to use if-else rules.
The biggest issue in my opinion is that it does not allow you to use the SKU value for your product IDs
Then the free app also creates a Google merchant center account on your behalf, which then becomes the ownership of Shopify, instead of yourself.
Lots of little things that I do not like.
For my clients I use https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds
It has a lot more features, that will allow you to use any the SKU value, has if else rule options.
You can easily create collections for inclusion or exclusion.
And allows you to also submit other currencies and languages.
