This is Muzamil Ali, I have been running my eCommerce store on Shopify for more then 4 years and that’s my only source of income. Shopify has deleted my online store without any warning email or any policy violation. Shopify has not given any explanation for why the store was deleted.
The Shopify customer service team has not been helpful in resolving the issue. I am loosing my customers and they are switching to other stores platform if the issue is not resolved soon. That’s the only source of my income, I have been their loyal customer all this time. That’s not how I thought that shopify would do such a thing. I have been recommending Shopify to my friends, family members and almost everyone. Please help me in this matter, I have this store only.
