In reviewing recordings of site behavior I’ve discovered that for some viewers the menu is very messed up and I dont know why or how to fix it. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
@ABdev1 it looks like the css is not properly loaded and hence menu is stacked, it can happen due to slow internet or some javascript not being loaded immediately which causes this to happen. Ask them to refresh the page and check if it persists.
From the recordings it looks like it might just be the recording software glitching because the movements indicate that they can see things under the menu that they wouldnt be able to see if the menu was actually like this. I have also not been able to replicate this effect.
The viewer’s slow internet connection causes that issue.
Another possible reason – people with older browsers.
But recording software should confirm whether this is the case.
Horizon family of themes uses newer Javascript APIs which are not be available in older IOSes for example.
