Hello.
I’ve been locked out of my Shopify Partner account for about 3 days now. I have two-step authentication on my account( as I can see in my email) enabled. But I didn’t enabled it, probably my account has been hacked.
So, I have no recovery codes, and I’m not using any authentication app too!
And I can’t access it.
I’ve been trying to contact Shopify support during these 2 days, but no response…
Please help me to recover the access to my Partner dashboard!!!

yes , please retry and recovery code each it will show can you try i have same issue facing but its work now

Set up Authenticator
- On your Android device, go to your Google Account.
- At the top, tap the Security tab.
If at first you don’t get the Security tab, swipe through all tabs until you find it.
- Under “Signing in to Google,” tap 2-Step Verification. You may need to sign in.
- Under “Authenticator app,” tap Set up.
On some devices, under “Authenticator app,” tap Get Started.
- Follow the on-screen steps.

But I haven’t enabled 2-Step Verification on my Shopify account and I don’t have any keys.
I think somebody hacked my Shopify Patners account!
So I can’t access to this account, because I didn’t do that( no keys, no recovery codes- which required to enter it now)…
Yes, I hope, they will help me…
