No authentication code on my mobile to login to store

Hi Shopify Community / Support,

When logging in to my Shopify store, I did not receive the 2-factor authentication code on my mobile, which I have been using for the past 2 years. Di try resending the code but that dis not work. So logged in using a recovery code. Please help, so that I can receive the authentication code on my mobile and log in to Shopify store without any hassle.

I am facing the same issue starting January 2023 and not receiving the 2-factor authentication code on my mobile.

I am facing problem with my account login. I am trying to login to my Shopify Admin Partner account, But when it sends the mobile code I am not receiving the SMS F2A code on my mobile, my country is Pakistan. please guide me on how to solve this issue. I have attached the image below.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re encountering with logging in and going through two-step authentication.

If you’re not receiving the two-step authentication codes, the best way to temporarily solve the problem is to use one of the 10 recovery codes you were prompted to keep when you enabled two-step authentication. You may then deactivate it and then reactivate two-step authentication to troubleshoot the issue.

If you lost your recovery codes, we’ll need to assist you with disabling two-step authentication so you can log into your store again. If this is the case, please visit https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and log in to your account to create a support request.

After visiting the link and logging in, you’ll be prompted to select the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team. Once you do, you’ll be able to find the options for support below the help docs that are presented to you.

Hi, Thank you for reaching
You have to contact Shopify Helping desk to solve this problem, they will disable 2FA authentication for you then you can login to shopify, you have to set auth app authentication not sms again ok.

(1): select i dont have an account
(2): select live chat
(3): provide them with you store name which is linked to Shopify partner account
