I’ve used ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly for a few things on my Shopify store. I’ve only scratched the surface of what AI can do. I hear how AI can help with marketing and many other things. I’m asking what the people in the community here are using AI for to improve their website, increase visitors, sales…? What are your results and what AI platforms would you recommend.

Hey Johnny,
Love that you’re diving into AI already! You’re right, you’ve just scratched the surface. There’s a ton of potential to boost your store with the right tools.
Smarter product discovery:
If you want visitors to find the right products faster, AI-powered search and recommendation tools can help a ton. We actually built Angle for this exact reason - it’s an AI assistant for Shopify that helps customers find products, answers their questions, and even recommends things based on what they like. (I’m one of the co-founders, so happy to share more if you’re curious.)
Personalized email & ad content:
Tools like Klaviyo (which now has AI features) or AdCreative can help you whip up email campaigns and ad creatives tailored to your audience. Super helpful for scaling up without burning out.
AI-generated visuals & content:
You’re already on the right track with Adobe Firefly. I’d also recommend trying Canva’s AI tools or even ChatGPT (paired with Shopify plugins) to write product descriptions, FAQs, or SEO-friendly blog posts.
Let me know what kind of store you run. I’d be happy to toss out more specific ideas!
AI helps most when it either removes friction for shoppers or speeds up the repetitive support stuff your team deals with. I work at eesel AI and our Shopify chatbot does that by learning your whole catalog in one click and handling things like recommendations or order lookups without any heavy setup.
If you’re experimenting, start with small wins like letting AI answer sizing questions or guide people to the right product, then layer in support actions like refunds or replacements. Those usually have the biggest impact on conversion and customer happiness. Ours comes with a product carousel, add to cart buttons, recommended questions, etc. and with our plain text prompt you can easily configure the bot to behave exactly how you want it to.
AI can definitely move the needle for Shopify stores. I’ve had good results using it for content creation, SEO tweaks, and automating small tasks that usually take hours. Tools like Klaviyo’s AI flow suggestions and AI-generated ad creatives helped streamline my marketing. It really depends on your store type, but there’s a lot you can automate without losing quality.
Hi @Johnny724
Many merchants are already beginning to put AI to practical use to help them enhance their Shopify stores, without having to become technical experts. Some of the most frequent applications are writing of product descriptions, social media content, ad copy optimization, and even graphic designs for banners or e-mail campaigns. ChatGPT is good for content, Firefly or DALL·E is for visual. AI chatbots result in immediate responses to customer inquiries, they reduce the support burden, and increase conversion rates. Some integrate AI for SEO keyword analysis, for automated email sequences, and for personalized product recommendations. Varying results: Stores often have increased engagement, more predictable content posting, and less time spent creating content, but conversion boosts can require testing and refining. The best results are usually obtained by combining several tools.
I might be biased because support is my area of expertise, but the biggest AI wins I see for Shopify stores are inside LiveChat, not in standalone AI tools.
Here’s what AI + LiveChat actually help with:
- Faster pre-purchase answers
LiveChat shows the shopper’s cart, product, and past orders.
AI suggests a reply draft so the agent can answer sizing/shipping/fit questions instantly.
- Quicker WISMO replies
Order + tracking info appears right in the chat panel, and AI highlights what matters.
No digging through Shopify.
- Less repetitive typing
Copilot summarizes long customer messages and drafts responses you can approve in seconds.
- Proactive nudges that reduce tickets
Simple messages like “Need help choosing a size?” on product pages stop questions before they become tickets.
Overall: AI doesn’t replace support, but in LiveChat it removes the busywork so one agent can handle the volume that used to take a full team.
Happy to share more examples if it helps!
