So Basically I’m having an issue where customers are selecting the variant they want but they end up getting a totally different variant what they haven’t ordered its a few orders not all of them and the team and i are stuck with what’s going on we cant see what exactly is the problem and its always different products
Create a dev shop and import the theme code there to eliminate any scripts or flows that could be the cause.
Then you can begin to look at each app, extension, script, or flow.
Also look at any discount or bundle apps that could be the cause.
If you still can’t find any issue then it could simply be the customer that made a mistake, in that case look at self service order edit apps as a possible solution.
