We are struggling with our international online customers as we are not charging vat on the products but as it is not mentioned at the checkout, they complain once the carriers ask to pay fees upon delivery. For order within the UK it shows the vat amount at the checkout, we would like it to show up as £0.00 for international orders. Is this something possible to do?

Remove taxation for the UK and there will be no taxes charged/shown for UK market in taxes and duties section of the shopify settings.

Thanks for your help but that’s not what we want to do. We want to keep the taxes for the UK market and also we would like to show that no taxes are charged for international customers.
