Venmo still not showing as a payment option

Hello, I know this has been asked several times since Venmo became a payment option on Shopify, however I have yet to see a resolution. All of the Shopify support material says that Venmo will show up on the payment screen if Paypal Express Checkout has been activated, and the customer has the Venmo app on their phone enabled. This is not the case, I have disconnected Paypal and reconnected and tested on several phones all with the Venmo App enabled for online shopping, and yes our store and the customers are both in the US. What is the solution to have Venmo show as a payment option> Thanks

Same problem here!

Our store and the device are all in the US. And we checked the Venmo APP is well installed and enabled (Customer can use Venmo properly for other purposes). That is an iOS device so we tried with both Chrome and Safari. The paypal function works well but Venmo does not show as a payment option in any of them. Is there any way to ensure the Venmo function is working properly? And, what is the rule/setting to show Venmo as an option? Any Shopify member can clarify these questions?
