Video Banner Autoplay on Mobile

Hi!

I’d appreciate any help on trying to get my Video Banner to autoplay on mobile.

The video banner plays perfectly on desktop but on mobile, only shows a greyed out image with a play button in the middle that doesn’t work when clicked.

I’ve seen people provide coding to create a custom liquid to add in a video, but I also need a text overlay, which is why I had opted to use the provided video banner section.

If I can use a photo on mobile instead of the video that would be fine too but I don’t know how to have two seperate banners (One video, one image) based on mobile/desktop view.
