Hello! I have a video banner on my website and it plays perfectly fine on the desktop, but on mobile it isn’t playing at all.
I was working fine last week but now it decided to stop auto playing only on mobile. Please help! Thank you

Video autoplay function will not be supported for most mobile environments to ensure user privacy. They can only work when there is interaction from the user.

Ah okay, I see! But for some reason, there isn’t even a way to play the video on mobile- like there is a play button on the screen but nothing happens when you click it. Also, would you know why it all of the sudden stopped playing? Because it was working perfectly on mobile for the past few weeks.
I have the same issue. Any solution?
