View Shop button redirects to Content not available in this region

Hi,

I connected my shopify website and synched my products onto my instagram.

I can tag products on post without any problem. I can see the “View shop” at the bottom of the posts, but when I click on “View shop” I get an error pop up saying “Content not available. This content cannot be seen in this region”. But I know that in Spain it can!

Can you please help be fix that “View shop” button ? :slightly_smiling_face:

Hey @Le_French_Kev
one possibility is that the permissions need to be correctly assigned. You may try to disconnect and connect again and check on some other computer or mobile where you never opened it.

Hi Azam Gill,

No it doesn’t work. And when my partner clicks on “view shop” on my post he gets the same message. Which means everybody sees the same error message. Not very good for business :disappointed_face:
