How do I tell the story of my products on my website in a way that differentiates my business as well as increase website conversions?

Here’s a few tips and suggestions:

  • Highlight your brand’s unique selling proposition (USP)—what makes your products or your business different!
  • Use founder stories, ingredient transparency, and customer testimonials to help reinforce trust and authenticity
    • Eg: Jane Doe, founder “I picked this beautiful lip gloss because it nourishes my lips and makes me feel amazing! I know you’ll love it!”
  • Incorporate unique visuals (before/afters, usage shots, textures)
  • Align homepage and product page messaging with your niche and audience
    • This sounds obvious, but many people miss it - think about WHO you want to sell to and craft the messaging to them so they connect with your brand story
