Shopify doesn’t track all my visitors. last month i had 3’302 link klicks in my facebook ads dashboard and 3640 visitors in my store. (little bit more because i also ran tiktok ads). this month its 1197 link klicks and only 797 store visitors.
yesterday i had 52 link klicks and only 19 store sessions. Also my live view randomly shows active carts even tho no one is in the store.
Has anyone a solution for this problem? Has anyone experienced this before?
The Shopify support is just saying discrepancies are normal bla bla bla.
