Visits but minimal add to cart or checkouts

Hello, I am sooooo happy we found this. We have a shop, parpro.co We are seeing some traffic to the site but minimal add to cart, and minimal sales. Maybe 1 per day. We need more. Is there something that anyone can see that would prevent people from adding to cart and checking out. We are currently marketing on Meta and that is all for now. It is a niche product place with golf improvement products. We will be expanding into brand name products shortly from different distributors/manufacturers and wholesalers. We recently redid the site because it was not very appealing to the eye at all. Anything will help. We are getting frustrated. We did buy the business from someone who used to sell something different. I don’t really know what to ask as I don’t really know what I am missing.

Hey @ParPro,

Welcome to the Shopify community. If you are looking for a way to increase the conversion and the AOV then this involve the numbers of steps that we can follow.

Could you please share your store collab code so that I can take a look to the analytics and provide you the best solutions.
Thanks

Hello there @ParPro First things first, welcome to the Shopify Community and we are also extremely glad to have you here! My first suggestion would be to add a section for trending products and/or newest arrivals to go along with the best sellers category already on the homepage.
You could also consider adding a few short videos in high definition on the homepage to make your store standout more and showcase the products even more.
Lastly, you should add links to the social media accounts of your business at the bottom of the homepage. This should be just right above the accepted methods of payment shortcut.

One reminder here for your reference after searching your store on Google. Though you said the store has marketing on Meta only, some customers may do some search on some engines as well and from what I checked, some unnecessary pages are indexed on Google and you can actually hide or remove them, maybe this action can let customers concentrate on the product you want customers to view with most.

Your store looks clean, but sales may be low because of trust and engagement barriers. Add some social proof such as reviews, testimonials and videos from users. Use concise benefit focused copy on your product pages, emphasize guarantees and make the add to cart flow intuitive. Test a one-click checkout and refine ad targeting for relevance.
