We order shoes via deonlineoutlet.com. The shoes were not correct and the quality was really worse. We tried to contact them several times to get a retour label (official procedure), however they don’t react. Now also the the shop is offline. We paid the shoes but want our money back. Does anyone know what are the options?

Welcome to the community but sorry to hear about you bad experience.
There is not much you can do but even there is little chance for a refund try to contact your bank and stop transaction.
If you paid, maybe with PayPal, you can try to dispute the charge.
You can contact Shopify

under fraud or an issue with an order, but as the store is closed, someone else must have done it already. And do not expect a refund from Shopify.
