Hey guys,
I’m in desperate need of some help please! My website looks great on mobile but terrible on desktop! I’ve tried searching the forums for a fix but the only two posts haven’t helped! Everything is super blown up when you load my website up on a desktop pc and it looks really bad. I’ve also gone through the settings in my theme etc and cannot find anything to fix it. My theme is Refresh.

If you want to change the design then have to contact with shopify developer.

The issue here is you are doing fixed the width for it. So you need to remove it and user the style default of theme.
This was one of the fixes that didn’t work. I still had the same issue before I did this. I’ve now removed it again. 
It’s back the way it was but still far too blown up. Images are way oversized and poor resolution and the main banner image is huge and text too small
You can point here which parts are showing incorrect and what is expected you want it be.
Way too blown up and out of proportion
Do you have try check in setting of those parts?
The settings as like set height, full height … or ratio …
