What application can I install to set the amount a customer can buy annually?

To ensure I recommend the best app for your shops needs, are you able to share a bit more context on what you’re looking to achieve? Are you looking for a subscription app for example, that will provide customers with a reoccurring order every year?

I think I didn’t explain myself well, I need an application that allows me to limit users’ purchases in total order value, I want to have a maximum ceiling of €2000 per year for each of my customers, and none of the suggested applications do what I aim.
