Hello
I am trying to log in to the Shopify store but when I want to do that a blank page appears. I think I tried everything: I cleaned cookies and catches I set up another Gmail account in Chrome browser, I restart my computer, I opened an incognito window I also used another browser and change an internet connection, and still when I click on the login on the main page the blank one is coming.
If you are experiencing a blank page when trying to log in to your Shopify store, there are a few additional steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Even though you mentioned clearing cookies, it’s worth double-checking if the cache and cookies are completely cleared. Clearing the cache and cookies can help resolve any potential conflicts or outdated data. Ensure you clear the cache for all time, not just the browsing session.
Disable Browser Extensions: Some browser extensions or add-ons can interfere with the functioning of websites, including Shopify. Try disabling any extensions you have installed, especially ad-blockers or privacy-related extensions, and see if that resolves the issue.
Try a Different Device: If possible, try accessing the Shopify login page from a different device, such as a smartphone or tablet. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your computer or browser.
Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings: In some cases, strict firewall or antivirus settings can block access to certain websites or interfere with the login process. Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software and check if you can log in to Shopify.
Contact Shopify Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it’s recommended to reach out to Shopify’s customer support. They can investigate the problem further and provide specific guidance based on your account and the nature of the issue.
When contacting Shopify support, provide them with as much detail as possible, including the steps you’ve already taken and any error messages or other relevant information you’ve encountered. This will assist them in diagnosing and resolving the problem more efficiently.
Remember that Shopify’s support team is available 24/7, so you should receive assistance in a timely manner.
If I managed to help you then, don’t forget to Like it and Mark it as Solution!
Thanks for reaching out here in the Shopify Community to share your concern.
Thanks also for letting us know what you have tried already in terms of troubleshooting as there are some steps we would commonly advise in these situations already covered there!
Would you be able to share an image or video capture of what you see when trying to log into Shopify exactly so we can take a closer look at this with you?
Are you trying to set up a Shopify store for the first time, or are you trying to log into an existing store?
If you can also confirm where in the world you’re trying to access Shopify from we can check for any other relevant info.
I have the same problem and I alsoI cleaned cookies multiple times, I restart my computer and still when I click on the login on the main page the blank one is coming. (I also tried what @Moeed mentioned below)
For the browser you’re currently using to try to log in could you click on this link for me using that browser and copy and paste back the short link you’re given to me here?
This will allow us to see some info on that browser and eliminate some possible causes of this behaviour.
Would you be able to check to see if you can log in on your mobile device using the Shopify Mobile app if you haven’t already to see if the issue might be localised to your browser?
I look forward to checking this out in more depth with you!
Thanks for getting back to me here and for sharing that info.
The next thing I would ask you to do is to reach out via our Help Centre here, so we can investigate further what might be causing issues with your browser login.
You can select to proceed without logging in there so you can access your support options.
For the time being, while we do so, you can log in via the Mobile app as a workaround in order to use your store.
