What does this mean and how do I fix it from showing?

Why does it say “Do not sell or share my personal information”

HI @Pavit ,

As I have research, the ‘Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information’ link or notice in the footer of a Shopify store is typically related to compliance with data privacy laws, specifically the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or similar regulations.

The CCPA requires businesses to provide California residents with certain rights regarding their personal information, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

The easiest way to handle it, you can completely hide it using CSS with the display:none property.

Can you kindly share your store link (with the password, if any) with us? We will check it and suggest you a solution if possible.

Hope it helps,
