Hello all,
I feel so disappointed and discouraged that I think you are the only ones who can help me as a valuable Shopify community. I have opened up my Shopify website just a couple of weeks ago thinking that I did everything what it took to have a good SEO, but it turns out I am wrong. Starting off, my website got ranked in the first 2 or 3 pages. One time I even found my website in the first page as the 2nd result. But then everything has just started to fall apart. My rankings got worse and worse everyday even though I did not change anything to affect it badly. I can find my page in the 4th page now. Plus, I was having at least 12 visitors previously while I have 0 to 2 visitors daily now. Please help me and guide me through this as I do not want to give up on my dreams.

I’m sorry to hear that you are feeling disappointed and discouraged about your Shopify website’s SEO performance. It’s important to remember that SEO is a long-term process that requires ongoing effort and attention. While it can be frustrating to see your rankings and traffic decline, it’s important to stay committed to improving your website’s SEO.
First, it’s important to conduct an SEO audit of your website to identify any technical issues or on-page optimization opportunities. This may include things like optimizing your meta tags, improving your website’s load speed, and ensuring that your website is mobile-friendly.
Additionally, it’s important to create high-quality, relevant content that targets the keywords and topics that are important to your audience. This can help to improve your website’s visibility in search results and drive more traffic to your site.
Another important aspect of SEO is building high-quality backlinks from other reputable websites. This can help to improve your website’s authority and credibility in the eyes of search engines.
Finally, it’s important to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, as search algorithms are constantly evolving. This can involve things like staying current with Google’s algorithm updates, experimenting with new optimization techniques, and keeping an eye on your competitors’ SEO strategies.
Overall, improving your Shopify website’s SEO is a long-term process that requires ongoing effort and attention. By conducting an SEO audit, creating high-quality content, building backlinks, and staying up-to-date with best practices, you can help to improve your website’s rankings and drive more traffic to your site. As a valuable member of the Shopify community, we are here to support you and provide guidance throughout this process.
Hi @onurkirimli
ranking changes can happen as google evaluates your performance on different positions over time. Even bigger stores see such fluctuations.
One thing you could do is to check your technical SEO is on point. I’d recommend starting with your pagespeed https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-kilimcouture-com/ncmqoo43je?form_factor=mobile
For example, you could install an app like Flash-Speed.com to remove your unused Javascript
After that, I’d recommend working on Metadata, valid JSON’s etc. It can take time to get a good SEO strategy playing out.
