What is the best app for managing international shipping and returns?

Im a UK store shipping internationally Can anyone recommend and app for handling all shipping and returns please Id like a portal that gave me the best shipping quotes and also where we can process return labels through.
At present we ask international customers to pay for their own returns and it can be expensive and awkward for them in some cases.
