What is the most flexible theme for editing product layout?

Hi

I am struggling to choose between themes, any ideas on which themes have most flexibility when editing the product layout. I appreciate changes can be made in the code but do any of the these offer this?

I am selling sheds & fencing services so we will have lots of images.

It will need to work with Boost filter & search app

I suggest using Shopify 2.0 theme dawn because this is a default Shopify theme and this is free also.
