Hi,
I wonder what will happen to my test store I now have set up during my free trial period? Will it disappear if I don’t pick a plan before the test period is over? 
If you don’t select a monthly plan at the end of your free trial, then your store will be paused and you will not be able to continue working on it until you choose a paid plan.

Definitely a great place to garner some feedback and input regarding your store and Shopify! As you already saw, we have a great group of contributors who are willing to share their knowledge like, @Nick_Marketing .
Just to add on what was said, if you decide to not opt for a paid plan, your store will be put on pause and you have 2 years to decide if you want to continue or not before we will erase the data in your account meaning, if you decide to log back in after a year and choose a paid plan, your data and how you set up your trial store will still be there.
Also, if you happen to need more time during this trial period to further set up your store or simply get a feel of the platform, you are more than welcome to reach out to our Live Support Team to request for a one-time free trial extension. We definitely want to ensure you feel good about paying for the services before doing so which is the main reason for these trials so if time is more needed, definitely let us know.
