What should I do if my shipping labels are printing incorrectly or are cut off?

Hi,

My Shopify labels and packing slips are not printing are not printing correctly, I’ve checked the label size selected in Shopify matches your printer’s label format. But the in the window that pops up, the shipping label or packing slip is turned the incorrect way making it appear small. No change portrait vs landscape in the printing setting effects the orientation and the option to change is no longer found in the current shipping setting on the backend.

Is there any fix to this? It seems to be an unanswered problem for many users who also are having the same issue.

It seems the removal of certain features in the setting area for misalignment/setting issues is effecting the ‘print pdf’ that loads when printing a label since it is no longer present in the current version of Shopify.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I actually had this issue when I first started and doing test orders. You have to find the other Print button. Then it will print portrait instead of landscape. No idea why. But it works.

Thank you! This and resetting the printer settings seemed to be the fix.
