What to do when a Shopify app asks for a non-received PIN?

Great question! Follow the steps below to create a PIN for your mobile app:

  • From your Shopify admin head to Settings > Users and Permission

  • Then click your name under Store Owner

  • Scroll down to Point of Sale access

  • Here you can generate your PIN that will be used to log into your POS app on your mobile device
