I am looking for an app that will help with my inventory tracking. I sell my items on my Shopify Store, I also use Faire, Etsy, and then I’m in a few local stores. I’d like to keep track of everything in Shopify and ‘pull inventory’ when I put an item in a store and increase my inventory in Shopify when I receive an order. I do everything manually currently in Excel.
There is a opportunity to automate this whole process thru Shopify Admin API:
This task needs custom programming to automate this only one-time. This system would run future-ready and maintenance-free.

I seem to have found a possible solution.
For every store I put inventory in, I would create them a customer account. Then when I pull my inventory, I’d create an order for them with a 100% discount. Then fulfill that to actually update my inventory.
