We have an online Vape store here in Shopify and getting a decent payment gateway is a real nightmare. I got told to open an authorize.com account which I did but as soon as I go into my settings it’s not listed and doesn’t come up when you enter it in…but it’s on the list of accepted POS gateways!! The worst part of all is, we literally don’t even have any nicotine products - at all whatsoever! It’s really annoying that despite this we get lumped into what feels like the “bad guys” section where you cannot advertise you cannot even link your google entirely or socials and you are constantly denied access to any advertising period! Now we can’t even have a way to get payments? Unreal…I’ve read heaps of different things online from just about anywhere I could try to source actual current and more importantly ACCURATE info on the subject as guidance but I’m no better off a week later nearly. Yes,

There are some methods use for this purpose. I have a store too on these products and that working great for me. I use Authorize.Net , Segapay and check payment also. Also use Payoneer just gives email and option for payment form. These type are good to go with. There is also more companies like paytroit but check their reviews on trustpilot. I have store on e juice and vapping related and when i was new i got suspended from paypal and stripe too due to this thing.

Yeah, So we got hit with the Paypal thing too. Which was a massive hit for us. Authorize.net tell me we need a merchant account which we don’t have as we were previously on big commerce and they hosted our payments for us. We only moved due to losing the credit card payment processing which was a fail as we are literally in the exact same position now however we lost a lot of business moving sites as everyone had to reactivate accounts and now the gateway issue again!

So I emailed Patriot (thanks for the message- I don’t have skype but have emailed you) and I’m going to now go look at the other options mentioned in the messages above. Fingers crossed!
