Hi,
I am still new to opening my online store. I had a customer pay with PayPal, when do I get a pay out for that order? Or is there something I have to do?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with understanding your payouts, to ensure this gets resolved.
How payouts are received will depend on the payment gateway being used. If your store has a third-party payment gateway enabled (i.e PayPal), then you won’t see your payout information in your Shopify admin. To learn more about this, you can check out our How You Get Paid documentation.
Payment providers such as PayPal, will have their own ways of getting funds from your customer to you. Payouts will be processed by PayPal directly and will want to log into your PayPal business account for more information on when you’re expected to get paid.

@Blair Stay far away from Shopify! The company is a complete fraud. Here is what they will do: They will let you use the platform until you start making a good amount of sales, as soon as this happens, they will block your Shopify payments account, hold your funds and provide no further information.
They blocked our shopify payments account a month ago for no reason: no refunds, no chargebacks, etc… We have been in business for over 5 years!
Some orders are marked by them as “paid out”, but nothing has been received. There is a 10.000 USD order that shows as paid out on the order page, yet nothing was received from Shopify at all.
Oh, and good luck talking to someone from support at all! They closed every single support channel!
