Every time I press checkout in the cart it just refreshes the page. I have added an app called “volume boost” but it worked until Monday when I tried to checkout on my website to see if everything was working and it didn’t let me checkout it would just refresh my page.

They are number of JS conflict in your store maybe one out of them prevents the checkout to perform its actions.
You have to check these errors manually fix them btw you can check in chrome console the list of the errors.
