When is the Shopify Support Chat Window Getting Fixed? It's unusable

Hi,

I cannot communicate in the Shopify Customer Support Chat Window. I login, provide my credentials, prove I’m not a bot, and the Chat Window opens, but it cycles through with the “reply” message. The support reps continually try to “chat” but I’m unable to type anything. I tried this numerous times on two different browsers, in Safari and Chrome, but all the same issues. What’s going on?
