I’m been trying to access Shopify Chat Support again and I’m just going around in circles. I follow all the promptings but I’m always getting sent back to select store and it just goes round and round. So frustrating!

Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access. Skipping the bit where you type into the help bar is when you can get “stuck in a loop” as you described above, so it is very important to follow these steps exactly. This way, you will always have quick and easy access to our live support. Here’s a video showing the steps in action.
