I hope all is well!! My plan comes with five staff members; however, how do I find out who from the staff is available to work on my site? Is there a directory?

You have to assign it to your self. This is not necessarily Shopify staff (I do not think they will work with the store owner directly). You can invite anyone.

As @made4Uo mentioned, you add staff accounts to your store yourself, and these are not Shopify staff members. You would add staff accounts if you have people working with you or for you on your store. By creating staff accounts for them they’ll be able to complete tasks in the Shopify admin such as adding products, fulfilling orders, creating email campaigns, and more. You can also manage the permissions for each staff account, which will allow you to restrict access to certain areas of the admin. You can read all about staff accounts in these help documents:
