For the application for UK VAT, I need to provide evidence of contracts or agreements with my online platform (Shopify), where can I find a document that has that specifically related to my company (pickupbricks) and Shopify? The Terms of Service is generic in that it doesn’t explicitly state that I have a relationship with Shopify.

You should be able to provide a copy of your most recent billing statement (monthly subscription), or your past billing statement that included your annual subscription fee.
You can find this in your admin under Finances > Billing, click on the bill you wish to view and then print using the print option at the top of the screen. If this is not enough for your application, please reach out to our live support so that our tax team can assist further.
