Where to paste FB MetaTag in homepage HTML?

Hi there,

I need to paste a line of code for FB into my homepage HTMLK between the head> <head.

Where do I find the homepage coding page?

I have gone into theme.liquid and pasted it in between the >head <head section, but when I inspect the homepage, I cannot see it there.

Is this the correct place to put it?
