I have an e-commerce website and I want to increase my sale so what is the best option will get a good result, an SEO and Ads Campaign.
I’m not sure of the question, can you get a bit more specific?
But assuming that people are already searching for the things you sell in Google and then buying them, then yes it’s likely that a good strategy, good budget and well executed SEO or G Ads campaign could deliver a return much greater than the investment over a period of time.
I would like to say to do SEO and Ads together. In case of our company, 1/3 is come from SEO such as Google Organic Result and 2/3 is come from Google Ads.
Our company is Beauty Supply.
And it depends on what kind of products you have. If there is a sales point regarding low price, I strongly recommend to run Ads first. Because SEO takes time to get the goal.
Thanks for your valuable answer and this is my site: https://www.1800-gifts.com/
R you sure SEO and ads campaigns will work on my site?
Thanks for your valuable answer.
Hi!
I think a simpler way of thinking about it is:
- SEO is a long-term game. It takes longer to set up & get results, and if you do it well, it gives you results for longer too.
- Ads can be run for very short periods, and you can experiment with them much faster and learn iteratively! This also means that you can see the results from them faster.
So, to answer your question, you should be doing both. But in terms of which one to do first, if you’re looking for results now, start with ads.
You can use this to narrow down your audience, see what sort of messaging and tonality they resonate with, and test out what products/problems/solutions/situations they respond well to. This can help shape your SEO strategy in the long run, while giving you short run results.
