I believe I am being overcharged for my Shopify account and am having trouble trying to get clarity and resolve this issue. Clearly I am not that tech savvy because I didn’t realize I have two stores but I am being charged for both almost 200.00 a month when they both are set to the 39.00 plan. All of the automated messages keep bringing me back to look for automated help. I Would love to speak to a human please

I understand you were not aware that you had two active stores on Shopify generating two monthly bills. I can definitely understand this is not an ideal situation and will do my best to offer what next steps you can take.
In order for our team to take a closer look into this, you’ll need to follow the steps in our Pausing or Deactivating Your Store resource. This is to ensure both stores have been successfully closed in order to avoid future billing. Once each store has been closed, you can reach out to our support team by creating a support request via the Shopify Help Center. While we do not offer refunds as per our Shopify Terms of Service - Section 5.10, our team may be able to review this on a case by case basis.

I would appreciate this case being looked in to. Yes I made the mistake of not realizing I had two accounts but one of them was overcharged a significant amount of money. They both were sent to the monthly payment of $39 and one of them was charged over $139 multiple times. Please update me whenever possible with that you can find out.

I can definitely understand the urgency to have this looked into by our team.
The next best course of action is to create a support request through the Shopify Help Center, so our team can review your billing. Through our community forum, we do not have visibility into your account, admin, billing etc. to rectify this. Once you have navigated to the Help Center, you’ll need to type your question to the Help Center Assistant in order to be directed to a Support Advisor.
