I created a new store on Shopify, but when I try to pay for an order, this problem appears

The error you’re experiencing in your checkout could be caused by a few different things, but usually it’s related to the payment method. Are you able to look at your abandoned checkouts to find the potential transaction to see if there are any errors appearing?
You’ll also want to make sure that you have a payment gateway set up for your store. If you go to ‘Settings > Payments’, you’ll be able to see if you have any payment gateways set up. Not having one of these prepared could be the cause of the issue.

Yes, I have set up the PayPal payment method
I checked abandoned checkouts and got this message “This transaction cannot be completed because it violates the PayPal User Agreement”
I do not know if this is related to my business PayPal account linked to Shopify, or the personal account that I use for payment.
