I have a pretty unique situation. I cannot sell certain items to New York. I have made two shipping profiles due to this so that people from NY can only purchase items from shipping profile #2 and not shipping profile #1.
The problem is that when any other customer purchases items from both, they are getting double charged on shipping. My shipping rates are fairly low but they still add up to $5-6 which is not ideal. Also for international clients they are paying $50-60 instead of $25-30 which is a huge determent.
Are there any fixes to this? I understand I could charge $0 on one of the profiles, but then I would probably lose money on shipping if anyone chose only from the free shipping profile.
