Why am I getting Google policy violation errors on my ecommerce account?

We are getting error messages via Google related to violation of policies via our Shopify account - we have spent countless days looking at all settings, reconfigurations and nothing has come up as “policy violation” we have reviewed and resubmitted review to google - however the same is still occurring.

We also get that our “landing page is not working” - N/A however our website is active.

Can anyone assist in direction here ?
