Hi @ShopMacian ,

I’m Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App.

Generally, I love your store’s design, it looks classic but professional for this Valentine. From my CRO expertise, I’d like to give you my suggestions as hereby:

1. Have a sticky header

It’s great when you have a sticky header which makes it more convenient for your visitors to navigate around the site.

But you need to recheck its opacity because the text on this sticky header currently overrides the text on the hero section, like this:

Another thing you might care is that the navigation bar is a bit tiny. You should increase the text size for this part.

2. Change hero banner

The banner or video in this section holds immense importance in hero material. It’s the very first element that greets visitors upon entering your website. Let’s ensure that consumers instantly grasp what you offer within a mere five seconds.

Unfortunately, the current banner does not showcase any product of yours. That’s why I suggest you change it, and if possible, please make sure that the image is in high quality.

Also, aligning the text block in the middle of the hero banner’s height would make your store outlook more professional.

3. Adjust CTA buttons

It’s great when you a CTA button right where it should be. A CTA button here will urge visitors to make the purchase and it is a great way to optimize your home page.

However, if you increase the button text size to around 2.3 rem like I tested and captured below, I bet it would be more readable and eye catching.

And kindly rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate.

4. Edit the product detail section

Some ideas to improve this section are:

  • Have a media list under the main photo of your product to make it easier for your visitors to explore the visual
  • Change “My store” to another content as it makes no sense to your customers
  • Make the sale badge highlighted by increasing the size of it OR changing its background color to, for instance, #ff3cc9
  • Use same font size for both CTA buttons to keep the styling consistent
  • Remove the pink block around the details because it’s not necessary
  • Add countdown timer to create FOMO effect

5. Add more sections

Instead of showing the duplicated information like this:

You can show other informative sections such as:

  • Contact Information: Quick access to contact details or a link to the contact page is essential for visitors who want to get in touch with you.
  • Trust badges section: Display trust badges, security seals, and social proof indicators to instill confidence in potential customers and boost conversions.
  • About Us section: A business can stand out with its brand story as it provides more insight about your business and also helps your store look more attractive.

I noticed that you are still running a promotion for Valentine’s Day. If you’re not ready to end this promotion yet, I’d like to offer some additional suggestions to help your store stand out and flourish during this special season. By applying these tips, you can attracts more customers during the Valentine’s Day rush:

  • Advertise a special deal on Google: Use Google Ads to promote your Valentine’s Day specials. This can help reach a broader audience who are searching for Valentine’s Day gifts and ideas.
  • Target high-intent keywords when running ads: Focus on keywords like “Valentine’s Day gifts for him/her,” “romantic getaways,” or “unique Valentine’s Day ideas.” Use long-tail keywords to reach specific buyer intent.
  • Share user-generated content: Encourage customers to share their positive experiences with your products using hashtags or contests.

And that’s my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.

Cheers!

You can add social media links, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram on the site footer. Other significant observations for store optimization are as follows:

  1. You can add Sitemap on the site footer, again these also help in building search engine content.
  2. Add a Contact Us page, add email address, phone number, and contact form for the visitors.
  3. Put “Secured and trusted checkout with” in your footer.
  4. Get yourself a professional logo designed. This will add brand value to your store.

I hope you find these suggestions helpful in enhancing your store’s performance and providing an improved experience for your customers.
