Why am I not receiving forwarded emails from my domain email?

Hi, I purchased my domain from shopify and created a store email → hello@ohhmymoon.com and also set up a forwarding email as ohhmymoon@outlook.de.

But when I send a test email to hello@ohhmymoon.com just to check if it will be forwarded to outlook I get a failure notice. What is the problem, or what am I missing?
