Why am I seeing an unauthorized charge from my online store?

I have an online shopify store but recently saw an Unauthorized charge on my account of $25 coming from Shopify. I’ve tried looking for areas to reach out to someone to find out where/why I’m being charged for this amount but shopify make it hard to contact them when having issues.

You can see a full detailed list of your bill in your store admin by taking the following steps:

Store admin > Settings > Billing > Bills and you can then download your bill via PDF to see all of the charges and double check this.

I also recently wrote a blog post in the Community about possible unknown charges which you might also find useful.
