From what you described it sounds like this may be an issue where your billing information has been compromised or someone within your household may be using your billing information on a Shopify store. To assist you in making sure that your card details are removed and future billing charges are stopped, please have screenshots of the charges on your banking statements to provide to our support team. They will also ask for the descriptor of the charges, which should look like SHOPIFY*########## (or similar).
If you are sure no one you know should be using your billing details on a Shopify store or services, then I do recommend contacting your bank to cancel your card and review your recent transactions for any other fraudulent charges.
